SHIPPING POLICY
We follow different timelines depending on the type of product ordered:
- Unstitched and stitched ready stock items: Delivery within 3–7 working days.
- Stitched items: Delivery within 4–14 working days, as these items require tailoring before dispatch.
Please note that for stitched products, tracking details will be shared only after the stitching process is completed and the product is shipped.
Each order is carefully checked, packed, and prepared before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.

Shipping Partners
We deliver through trusted courier partners, including:
- DTDC
- Delhivery
- India Post
Please note:
- In certain locations (especially parts of Kerala), DTDC may not provide home delivery. In such cases, customers may need to collect the parcel from the nearest DTDC branch.
- Other courier services generally offer home delivery.
While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to:
- Unforeseen transit delays
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Courier service limitations
- Incorrect or unavailability of customer at the delivery location
In such cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated time.
Customer Availability
We kindly request customers to be available on their contact number when the courier partner attempts delivery. This helps ensure smooth and timely delivery of your order.

– Within Kerala: 2 to 4 working days
– Outside Kerala (within India): 4 to 9 working days - Prebooked Items
– Delivery across India: 5 to 10 working days. - The products would be delivered to the customer’s within 4 to 6 days .

- Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS or in website.
