At Elan the label, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Return & Replacement

Returns and replacements are accepted only under the following circumstances:
  •  The product received is damaged.
  •  An incorrect product has been delivered.
  •  The product has been damaged during transit.

We do not accept returns or replacements for:
  •  Size-related issues.
  •  Change of mind.
  •  Personal preferences regarding color, design, fit, or fabric.
  •  Any reason other than those mentioned above.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return or replacement, customers must record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

The video must clearly show:
  •  The unopened parcel.
  •  The unboxing process.
  •  The product received.
  •  Any damage, defect, or incorrect item received.

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Reporting an Issue

Any issue regarding a damaged or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video and relevant photographs.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if the same product is unavailable for replacement. In such cases, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.

Elan the Label reserves the right to verify all claims and make the final decision regarding return, replacement, and refund requests.

Order Cancellation:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase. At ELANTHELABEL, we reserve the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances. These may include limitations on available stock, inaccuracies in product or pricing details, or other unforeseen issues identified by our team.
If your order is cancelled, you will be promptly notified, and any payment made will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days.

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we kindly request you to share a clear unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us verify the issue and provide appropriate assistance.

The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.
